SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide via trusted courier partners. Shipping in India is free, for other countries the shipping charges will be mentioned at checkout.
Standard Shipping
Estimate dispatch time is 10 – 15 business days. Kindly note that we are a ‘made to order’ brand. Some products are in stock and may ship faster, some that are customized or require more time to manufacture, will take a longer time.

International Shipping
Estimate dispatch time is 10 – 15 business days. Kindly note that all international orders go through customs and the process can take up to weeks. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing how long this process will take.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any applicable local duties and/or sales tax. Additionally, we cannot alter international shipping forms (changing prices, marking orders as gifts, etc.) We also cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages which have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address.
Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on time from order. www.labelhimadri.com cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transactions.
Multiple Product Shipping
If your order has multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready.

For Customized orders, kindly mail us at care@labelhimadri.com or whatsapp the details of your query at +91 70115 88717. We shall get back to you as per product availability. Also note that all customized orders are not eligible for returns/exchange and refunds.
Order Delays
Firstly, we'd like to apologize. We work hard to reduce lead times and avoid delays, which we let you know about if and when they arise. If you've been waiting longer than you should have and you haven't heard from us, please email us at care@labelhimadri.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

- Please note that while we strive to ship all our products as early as possible, the delivery time is also subject to location, distance and other factors specifically arising due to ongoing Covid-19.
- We will expedite the process and assist you to track the order; but are not liable for any delays caused by courier companies or other external factors.
- Business days exclude National holidays and weekends.
- International shipments are not eligible for returns/exchange/refunds and Cash-on-delivery option.
- All applicable import duties and other charges, that are levied at the time of port entry and vary based on the destination country, are liability of the customer and hence need to be paid by the customer directly to the shipping agency. Our team has no control over the processes and charges of local customs in any country, and customers should adhere to it to avoid any conflicts.
